The house is suitable for a family or couples as it can be used as one house or two seperate appartments. On the ground floor there is a open plan kitchen/livingroom with double sofa bed there is a twin bedroom and shower room. The bedroom has direct access to the garden.

The external staircase from the garden leads to the upstairs and has a small outside seating area that leads to the main door and corridor. The wetroom, livingroom/kitchen with double sofa bed and bedroom with kingsize bed are all accessed from the corridor. The kitchen/livingroom and bedroom have large windows to 2 sides of each room

There is digital satelite tv in the living area and high quality appliances in the main kitchen/livingroom upstairs.

Local Area Information
There are a number of places nearby where you can fish including kamchia river. Also at kamchia there a number restuarants, night club, nature reserve and biosphere. 20 minutes away is Shkorpilovtsi a small sea resort, located only 100 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Northern Black Sea coast. Its proximity to the sea capital of Bulgaria – Varna makes it a preferred holiday destination for many Bulgarian and foreign tourists.
